Clothing And Props
It is best to keep clothing simple. Black or white shirts with khaki pants or jeans look nice. Stick with solid colors rather than distracting prints and designs.
We want the focus to be on YOU ...not what you are wearing. Dark colors tend to have a slimming effect. Vertical stripes also make you look thinner when compared to horizontal stripes. Sleeveless shirts tend to make you look heavier and draw attention away from your face. Opt for long sleeves if possible. Don't worry about getting overly dressed up unless that is particularly what you are looking for. Bare skin or bare feet look great and very natural looking. This works especially well for maternity and infant shots. Most importantly ...we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed.
We have a variety of backdrops and props. We encourage you to bring props that are meaningful to you to add to the picture. This can be anything from a favorite toy, family heirloom, special collection, favorite hobby, basically anything that has meaning to you.

Mandy and I both have a deep passion for photography which has lead us to develop our own style ... devoted to capturing the moment ... the inner spirit of who we are photographing. Our commitment is to provide the client with what THEY want, not what a photographer wants. The client always comes first with us and we are open to your ideas. We sincerely want to show how families interact, love and laugh ... highlighting your favorite qualities and intimacy rather than stiff or forced poses! We truly believe it is a privilege to document what is most precious to you! We do our sessions mostly in our studio, however we are flexible and can arrange for on location sessions as well.
YES ... we do pets too!
Pets are part of our families too and we love including them in all we do. Many photographers don't want to deal with them ...but we welcome them with open arms. Check our information page for upcoming special events.

We offer a la carte pricing or all inclusive packages as well. Our all inclusive session packages are a little different in that they are complete packages. This means you pay one price that includes everything! There are no "sitting fees", per person charges or limits to the number of times you can change your clothes. However you may also opt for the more traditional method by paying for your session separately and adding on the extras. Minor retouching is always included at no charge on final prints.
We don't put time limits on your sessions. We'll take whatever time is needed to create the photos and looks you want. We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy your experience with us whether it takes half an hour or three.

We are looking for high school juniors interested in being part of our "Senior Style Team". This is a team of select juniors willing to have their Senior Pictures taken a little early in return for some tremendous savings and bonuses. Contact Mandy at 361-4270 if you are interested or would like more information. Benefits include up to 75% off sessions and packages, extra prints at no charge, being a model among many others. There are only a limited number of spots available for this team. Senior sessions much be completed before April 30th.
